How to send a tip
The best tips include documents: agendas, minutes, contracts, emails obtained through public records requests, or other official documentation. But even a name and a meeting date can be a starting point.

I take source protection seriously. I will never reveal a confidential source without explicit permission. If you request anonymity, your identity will not appear in any published work. If I cannot verify information independently, I will not publish it. Your tip may lead to a public records request or other reporting, but your name stays out of it.
